Creating and sustaining resilient communities through creativity.

At Bloom we are creatives, clinicians, researchers and social entrepreneurs: research is important to us.

We measure and demonstrate the impact of the work we are doing with communities in lots of innovative ways.

Bloom Community groups and projects are evaluated using

The Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS). The scale is widely used nationally and internationally for monitoring, evaluating projects and programmes and investigating the determinants of mental wellbeing.
This short questionnaire enables us to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of our programmes, which helps us secure funding to sustain services and continue to support others to grow, flourish and bloom through creativity.
At Bloom we also encourage people to be researchers too! We are creating an archive of stories, qualitative research, about why people are creative and how it makes them feel! We want to learn from little people, young people, grown ups and families and provide lots of opportunities for you to tell us!
